Thank you for stopping by! We’re a nonprofit organization registered under the Non-Government Organization Act, 2002 with Registration No. 00NGO/R/5248 in February, 2024. We deriver and carry out programs associated with preventing any kind of school dropouts from secondary and primary schools and recovery in all regions of Tanzania mainland. Our country is located in Sub-Saharan Africa, in eastern Africa within the African Great Lakes region. It borders Kenya and Uganda to the north; Rwanda, Burundi and Democratic Republic of the Congo to the west; Zambia, Malawi and Mozambique to the south; and the Indian Ocean to the east. Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest mountain, is in north-eastern Tanzania. This region has many tremendous challenges to disadvantaged peoples such as malnutrition, diseases, illiteracy, slums, unemployment and inequality. Which have brought big negative impact to our country especially in rural. We target to fight against illiteracy by preventing school dropouts in our country.
Zero Dropouts Tanzania promotes the protection of humanitarian space. Independent of political, commercial, military or ethnic objectives. We provide assistance on the basis of need, regardless of race, religion belief, creed or ethic group addressing the rights of vulnerable groups particularly; orphans, disabled, HIV and AIDS victims, street children, girls and those who are victims of disasters and hunger.
